Some of you already know Florence.
Some even have your own “Florence”.
But for those who haven’t;
This is Florence, my jam jar.
She is full of inspiration and
on rainy days when things are looking bleak
or I feel a bit down, or I need motivation
or just when I feel like it
I delve in and pick out one of the tickets
Upon which are written things like;

What a great idea! How inspiring.
Thank you-Lots of people have created their own “Florence” since my first post. I know one jam jar is called “Eddie”! It’s something I can use periodically to give people new quotes etc to put into their jar. Another idea is to put tasks in so you do something different every day. Simple things like, walk in the park, bake a cake, watch a file, massage your temples, ring a friend etc.
