Everyone is different and stress-related illness manifests itself differently in all of us so what may work to relieve stress in some, may not work for others. But keep trying!
Some stress in our lives is good. It keeps us on our toes and makes us function more efficiently. It is only when stress is prolonged and unwelcome that it becomes a burden.
